Join us for a guided strength + power yoga experience designed to build the body while calming the mind. This session blends intentional movement, breath, and reflection to help you reset, refocus, and reconnect. Expect a powerful yet grounding flow followed by stillness, journaling, and community.

We will train with intensity and purpose while tuning into slowness, connection, and nervous-system regulation beyond the workout. By removing distractions and centering around community, we create space for strength, alignment, and clarity to grow — doing less to gain more.

Come reset — grounded in movement, aligned in mind, and steady in purpose.

What to Expect:

• Strength-based yoga flow: A 45-minute guided power session focused on stability, control, and alignment
• Meditation + journaling: Post-movement stillness to regulate the nervous system and bring clarity
• Matcha included: Every ticket includes a matcha to close the session in calm focus
